All dress orders ship for a low flat rate of $3.95. Dresses will leave our store within 48 hours of placing orders unless you have paid for Express mail. If you would like to Express mail an order please call us @ 678-828-9305 and we will assist you via phone. Express orders will ship within 24 hours of placing order.
We ship Monday- Saturday; we do not ship Sundays or Federal Holidays.

However, your government Customs may hold your purchase up to an additional eight days *International priority shipments have a United States Postal Service tracking number. *We are required by law to accurately list the contents and price of your purchases. Your purchases may be subject to duties and or taxes. You, the buyer, are responsible for any duties, taxes and customs changes.

Can I Send a Dress as a Gift or Directly to Another Recipient?
We would love to assist you and we would be happy to ship to another person or location of your choosing. All of our items are ready for gift giving. Upon request, we can enclose a complimentary gift note to your recipient from you.

Return Policy
What is your Return Policy?
It is our goal to keep our customers happy, however if for some reason you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase you may return it and receive a refund for the purchase price of the dress(es). Upon Arrival of your dress please take the time to check it out thoroughly before removing any tags. If there is a problem you (the purchaser) must contact Janie Lyn's within eight (8) days of receipt of your shipment for instructions on how a refund may be possible. The date of receipt of merchandise will be determined by USPS or UPS tracking number. All sales become final ten (10) days after you receive your order, unless otherwise notified. Dresses that need to be returned to Janie Lyn's Dress Shop will be returned at the buyer's expense and cannot be used, worn, altered, or damaged to be eligible for a refund. The tags must still be on the dress(es). Refunds are not given on any shipping, handling or insurance charges. Refunds are only given for the purchase price of the dress. Refunds are at the discretion of Janie Lyn's Dress Shop.

Yes! We accept Visa, MasterCard, Discover and American Express. Please do not put credit card information in an email message for your own safety. Only use our secure payment processing. Can I pay by check or Money Order?
Sorry, but no. We only accept PayPal, Visa, MasterCard, American Express and Discover credit cards.
What about Attempts at Fraudulent Charge backs?
An attempt to reverse or "charge back" a credit card transaction you legitimately owe constitutes fraud. Initiating a chargeback because you have changed your mind constitutes fraud, and immediate legal action may be taken.
